Community wellbeing dashboard

The Co-Chat network was set up in 2020 with the intent of bringing local services together to look at local need when it came to service navigation and engagement. 

BATForce continues to co-chair this network and from these initial discussions the Community Wellbeing Dashboard (CWD) has emerged.

The CWD Prospectus discusses the:

• three core elements of the dashboard
• agility of the dashboard
• reach and impact so far
• scaling up potential

The CWD Prospectus outlines what has been achieved so far and what the future could look like with further funding.
