BATForce acknowledges The Traditional Custodians of the Lands on which we work, live and support our communities. We are privileged to work across Wadawurrung , Gulidjan and Gadubanud countries and pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
Corangamite Shire, supported by Timboon & District Health Service, partnered with BATForce to deliver vaping prevention and harm reduction initiatives across local secondary schools.
What Was Delivered
Seventeen sessions were delivered across seven schools, engaging approximately 500 students. Workshops focused on vaping risks, addiction, and informed decision-making, generating meaningful discussion among students and staff.
Building on this learning, students from Camperdown College co-designed a creative poster campaign highlighting harmful vape ingredients and associated health risks. Over three sessions, students developed and refined their designs, which were later showcased at a school celebration event.
