Something we’ve been working on all year is finally ready — and we wanted you to hear it from us first.

The BATForce Community Wellbeing Hubs are live!

If you’ve used our Trello boards before, you already know what these resources can do. Hundreds of local services. Updated regularly. A go-to for schools, families, youth workers, and community organisations across the Barwon region.

The new hubs bring all of that into one place — rebuilt from the ground up to be easier to find, easier to use, and open to everyone.

What's new:
What hasn't changed:
  • Ten purpose-built hubs, each designed for a specific audience
  • Searchable and category-filtered — find what you need without knowing what it’s called
  • Free, no account, no login
  • Works on any device
  • Every QR code you’ve printed still works
  • Every link you’ve saved still works
  • The Trello boards remain available while people make the switch

Find the hub most relevant to you at batforce.org.au/communitywellbeingdashboard

If you work with young people — Adulting 101, Pathways from the School Gate, Inclusive Pathways, and CALD Youth Supports are built for that work.

If you support families — Launchpad Primary, Launchpad Secondary, and Family Disability Supports are there.

If you’re in a school or community organisation — Schools Wellbeing Hub, Way To Go Geelong, and Way To Go Colac Otway are yours.

Share them with your team, your networks, and anyone who might need it. The hubs are only as useful as the people who know about them.
